The contents of this Website may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, displayed, sold, or licensed without written consent from Detour Design Studio. Any unauthorized use of any contents of this Website, including but not limited to any use of designs, shall be treated as copyright infringement any violators of these terms will be prosecuted accordingly.
Intellectual Property: All content on this Website, including but not limited to images, branding elements, and all designs and artwork offered for sale (“Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights are exclusively owned and controlled by Detour Design Studio, or by third parties that have licensed or otherwise provided their content and materials to Detour Design Studio. Altering or modifying the Content in any way does not grant you intellectual property ownership or the right to market or sell the altered or modified Content. Any images from this Website shared on social media must only be shared with permission and clearly credited to Detour Design Studio. They must link back to this site or Detour Design Studio’s social media accounts. Users may not modify the content.
Regardless of whether you purchase Content from this Website or not, you may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, or give away any Content, including any Content you purchase, or otherwise allow a third-party to use the Content in any way. You may not use any purchased Content, including designs, to promote yourself or another artist as the designer. You may also not use any purchased Content, including designs, to promote design courses and/or workshops.
Exclusive Account: By requesting exclusive account access to view our Content offered for sale, you guarantee that you are providing complete, current, and accurate information. Should you be granted access, you are responsible for keeping the collection password secure. Detour Design Studio may cancel or limit your use if you violate any Website policies, including but not limited to this Terms of Service. Detour Design Studio may change the collection password at any time without warning.
By submitting your email address to us either by subscribing to our newsletter and/or email list or by making a purchase on our Website, you agree that we may contact you via email for any purpose Detour Design Studio deems appropriate.
Payments: Complete payment for any purchase is required prior to file delivery of any Content. Prices listed on the Website can change without notice. Once payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
Sale Price: The price of our Content is the price indicated on the Order Confirmation (“Sale Price”), which you can view at checkout and will receive a copy of via email. If no price is included on the Order Confirmation, the Sale Price is the price published on our Website as of the date reflected on the Order Confirmation. Unless otherwise indicated, all Sale Prices are in USD.
Promotions + Discounts: We may occasionally market and/or advertise promotions, discounts, limited time offers, and/or bonuses (“Promotions”) to potential customers. You are entitled to take advantage of any active Promotions when you purchase our Content. Promotions are offered manually and/or through automated campaigns at any given time and are not guaranteed to be available when you make a purchase through the Website. Transactions: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place on the Website for any reason, including for pricing errors as described in the Sales Price section of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to limit order quantities to any person, via any payment method, and/or to any shipping or billing address. We reserve the right to prohibit the purchase of any of our Content to resellers, distributors, and dealers.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information: We strive to present information that is published correctly and update the Website regularly in a way that allows us to correct any resulting errors. However, any of the Content on the Website may, at any given time, be incorrect or out-of-date. While we try to accurately display the colors of each print, the colors you see may not be accurate depending on your monitor, mobile device, and browser settings. We cannot guarantee the color and/or pattern you see on your screen will be the exact same as the actual color and/or pattern of the Content.
